Project: Malin+Goetz Product Launch
Installation Locations: 8 major UK shopping centres
An Agency approached us just four days before the national launch of the new Malin+Goetz deodorant range. The goal? A coordinated in-store installation across 8 flagship stores in the UK’s busiest shopping centres – all to be completed before stores opened at 8am on launch day.
A tight 4-day turnaround required simultaneous installations across 8 major shopping centres, with MATDIGITAL arranging early access permits for each location. A major product and layout change at 3pm the day before launch added last-minute pressure, demanding rapid reprints and urgent deliveries.
We activated a dedicated print and installation team to meet the challenge. High-quality vinyl graphics, Foamex panels, and display boxes were produced within 24 hours. We fast-tracked permit approvals by working directly with each centre and coordinated overnight, timed deliveries to ensure all materials arrived before 7am. Our crews completed installations at all sites before store opening hours.
All 8 displays were installed on time and on spec, ready for launch. The campaign looked bold, cohesive, and premium across every location – and the client was thrilled.
